Terms and conditions of service

Each order sent to NOS Beachwear is equivalent to a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is only binding for NOS Beachwear if

  • it is complete in every part
  • contains all the elements needed to correctly identify the products ordered
  • is confirmed and accepted by NOS Beachwear.

 

B.PLAIN SRLS reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders without the data necessary for their fulfillment. The documentation for tax purposes relating to the products ordered is issued by B.PLAIN SRLS at the time of shipment of the same to the customer. B.PLAIN SRLS ships all over the world via GLS, BARTOLINI, UPS, POSTE ITALIANE and DHL couriers.

Shipments will take place from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm; orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.

Delivery generally takes place in 2-5 days, throughout Europe from the moment the package is taken over by the express courier.

NB These times are those indicated by the express courier and therefore cannot be guaranteed by us.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the latter will be contacted via email by the courier himself to agree on the day and time slot for the return. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the relevant location, where it will remain in storage for a maximum of 10 working days awaiting collection by the recipient. In the event that the bikini is not collected within the maximum stock limit, it will be returned to the sender.

NOS Beachwear will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the indicated deadlines.

The consumer is invited to contact assistance@nosbeachwear.com in the event of a delay in delivery and in any case to report any disservice detected. NOS Beachwear is not responsible for delays that are not foreseeable and/or attributable to the Courier alone.

NOS Beachwear provides the possibility of changing the item purchased online provided that the products are in the same condition in which they were received and provided with a shipping note proving the purchase.

1. RETURN: It is necessary to send an email to resi@nosbeachwear.com specifying the reason for the return. After receiving authorization from NOS Beachwear, the package can be prepared with the product to be returned and the written communication must be inserted inside declaring the desire to proceed with the return together with the delivery note (DDT) proving the purchase. The package can be sent at the customer's expense via post or other courier. You can also book the collection at NOS Beachwear which will come to collect the package via the BARTOLINI courier, the cost of the service is €10 and will be deducted from the refund. During the Black Friday week it is not possible to make a return with a refund of the item but you will be able to exchange your product or you will be given a voucher of equal value

    2. EXCHANGE: it is necessary to send an email to resi@nosbeachwear.com specifying the reason for the request to replace the product, the item you wish to receive in exchange and a telephone number. The cost of the EXCHANGE is €12 for the BARTOLINI service which includes the collection of the product to be replaced and the shipping of what is requested. Following the CHANGE request, the customer will receive an email with instructions for paying for the BARTOLINI service, for shipping the product to be exchanged and for delivery of the new product. When NOS Beachwear receives the payment, the product can be replaced.
      The product will be changed only if the following precautions are taken:
        • the product must be returned intact and clean, with its label and hygiene sticker.

      Return Policy

      The right of withdrawal can be exercised from the moment of conclusion of the contract up to fourteen days after receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication within fourteen days to:

      If you wish to request a return or make an exchange, we specify that the following conditions must be respected:

      1. From the date of delivery of the order to the request for exchange, no more than 14 days must pass,
      2. The product must be returned intact and clean with its label and hygiene sticker.

      If the conditions listed above exist, the exchange or return can be made using the methods described below.

      It is necessary to send an email to resi@nosbeachwear.com specifying the reason for the request for product replacement or return and your telephone number.

      You will receive an email with the instructions to follow in order to proceed with the exchange or return.

      It is not possible to carry out the return operation with subsequent refund by going to the " NOS Beachwear " sales points.

      NOS Beachwear reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or in the case of returns sent after 14 days from the delivery date.

      During Black Friday week it is not possible to return the item with a refund but you will be able to exchange your product or you will be given a voucher of equal value.

      To obtain a refund, you must send the item back within 14 days of the arrival date, with insured shipping, to the address:

      It is also necessary to specify your telephone numbers, e-mail and tax code.

      However, it is not possible to carry out the return operation with subsequent refund by going to the " NOS Beachwear " sales points.

      NOS Beachwear reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or in the case of returns sent after 14 days from the delivery date and in the absence of a tax code.
